Views are really bad.

Liked our relaxing stay with high standard service. The staff were all very nice, and the room was silent with breakfast.

The location is good, 1 km from a known zoo.

It's the second time I've stayed at a hotel. She wouldn't even look for another one because it was okay. Proximity to the subway and Kudamm, no more than five minutes, a quiet area, a wonderful breakfast and the opportunity not to find anything in the evening for dinner. Good service and coffee in the room and at reception. The presence of a board and an iron. Thank you!

I don't know if that can be improved. Maybe only single rooms don't have a closet? Just an open hanger and hangers. Since I've only been a few days, like the first time, that didn't really bother me. But if it's just for two or a few days, it's not very convenient to open and close the suitcase all the time to take some things.

I liked everything in the process of living. It was a great variety of breakfasts. Clean, quiet, cozy. In the Superior Room, the free minibar was really refilled every day. At the reception desk in our race worked Russian-speaking girl, which was very convenient. arrived early in the race, left things in the hotel locker and went for a walk. The hotel gave us a free map of the city. The departure was also very convenient, fast, despite the fact that they left at about 3:30 in the morning. Given that the child was free on an extra bed, included breakfast (I chose with breakfast) and mini-bar - more profitable than similar options, in my opinion. The area is comfortable and quiet. The subway is a stone's throw away. The Zoo with buses to the airport is 10 minutes on foot.

Unclear communication before the arrival. Maybe my bad English is partly to blame. First, we have received a confirmation from the hotel with a note "provided if possible". Whether it was the availability of a room or extra bed for the child or something else is unclear, but I was tense, given that I took the payment immediately and irrevocable reservation and counted on certain conditions. But it went well. I also asked if we arrived early, if we could leave the luggage, but in the end everything was fine - we left the luggage and that was it.

excellent central access to parks and popular shopping streets

I loved the fact that I could easily walk less than a 5-minute stroll to the vibrant shopping streets and still enjoy the quiet atmosphere on a shaded street lined with trees, making my weekend explorations so enjoyable.

Very comfortable bed. New and very functional bathroom. Very attentive reception staff. Very complete breakfast (although, if you have to pay 12 euros, maybe a little expensive). Quiet area, with a metro stop nearby.

area was far from the centre, Ku'dam is not what it used to be. metro station, was very close, had only one connection. We didn't have breakfast included, we chose to have breakfast and pay the 12 euros/person. we finished, hall manager asked us to pay him on the spot. I told him to charge it to the room but he insisted that we pay. I asked him to pay with a card and he answered that he had already taken out the cash payment ticket and that it would cost him a lot of work to cancel it, so I paid cash and we opted not to have breakfast anymore. In the bathroom there was only gel and shampoo. Hanging in the closet was a sign that they wanted the room to be perfect and that we should ask for anything if we missed it, so I asked for conditioner at reception, they said they didn't have any. I didn't even ask for body milk anymore. There was also a sign that said that the minibar was included in that room, it was empty! All in all, for the price we were paying it seemed very good, they played too much with our expectations and didn't live up to them. We weren't asking for that much.

Location and the standard of service was very good. The price was very reasonable for the 3 nights we were there.

Lack of car parking space and I didn't know that what space there was had to be booked in advance.

Using sauna after 1700

I enjoyed my stay at the Alsterhof very much.The hotel is very conveniently situated on the Augsbergerstrasse very close to the ubahn. The room was very comfortable and clean with a well serviced bathroon ensuite The area is quiet and it was easy to sleep at night.. The reception staff were particularly helpful and friendly. I had the continental breakfast which was delicious. I will be returning to this hotel and would recommend it to single travellers and others on a brief city break or indeed for a longer stay.

Had a blast with friends! We explored hiking trails and checked out the local parks. The breakfast was amazing, tons of options, and they let you take food for later. The place was clean and modern, and the staff were super friendly.

The double room was a bit small for my liking, and it felt cramped, especially in the bathroom. It might help to consider upgrading to a larger room if you're traveling with friends.
